Pack Night

Tonight was Hunter's last pack night as a Cub Scout. He's worked really hard, and tonight he earned his Webelo rank, and his Arrow of Light. He is so excited to move on to 11 year old Scouts next month!

Wrestling Meet vs Boise

Tonight was Tristan and Jasen's first wrestling meet of the season, against Boise High School. Jasen wrestled well, but lost his match. Tristan didn't have a match, but overall our team won.

Salmon

We decided at the last minute that since we had a few days off, we would head to Salmon for the weekend. The drive was nice, with not much snow. We stopped on the way at Sunbeam Hot Springs, but the pools have washed out and weren't holding in the hot water. The visit was wonderful, and not long enough, but we did happen to catch the Parade of Lights! We even stopped on the way home and cut down a Christmas tree.

Truck

Hunter has been tinkering around lately with old RC cars and motors, and today he built a truck out of cardboard. He wired in a motor, installed gears and axles, and it works! He loves engineering and building, and it's so awesome to see how creative he is! He also made his Birthday/Christmas wish list, and it included toothpicks, hot glue, a razor knife, and cardboard.

Brace Face

Jasen got his second round of braces put on today, and he'll be rocking them for the next 16-18 months.

Pumpkin Shooting

Every year, we take our pumpkins out after Halloween and blow them up. The kids look forward to it for weeks, and they always have a blast!

Accent Wall

After over 3 years of deliberation (and Cahl nagging at me), I finally decided on what color and wall I wanted to paint as an accent. This little wall in our front room was the perfect baby step on my interior decorating journey, and I love how the navy blue turned out!

Tights

Brinley entered herself in a drawing at dance last month, and she won! She was so excited to pick out new new tights!

Football Dinner

This evening was Tristan's end of the season football dinner. It was nice to see all the boys and coaches one last time, just hanging out and having fun. We've really enjoyed being a part of this program for the last 3 years, and looking forward to one more.
