Happy Halloween

This Halloween was super chill for us- Hunter and Morgan went to the Haunted Mansions of Albion, Brinley went to a party at her friend's house (dressed as a mermaid), and Cahl and I went to the high school football game. 

Debate

Today was Brinley's second debate for the year, they ended up scoring 1-3 even though they felt good about it. I know that this is their first year, and they're learning so much, and I just hope that they continue to learn and have fun!

Hunter's Deer

Jasen and Hunter went up to Salmon this weekend, on the hunt for deer and elk. They saw a lot of both, and Hunter even managed to get a buck! This is his first time getting an animal himself (not at the ranch), and Cahl and I are super proud of him. It's a really great feeling knowing that your kids are capable of doing things like that on their own, and that some of what we taught them must have stuck!

BSU Game

Cahl surprised me with tickets to the BSU vs UNLV football game today, and we had so much fun! We had great seats and the weather was perfect. It's always a good day to hang out on the blue, especially when BSU wins!

Debate

Brinley decided to try out Speech and Debate this year, and today was her first tournament. Even though it was a long day, she had a great time and definitely learned a lot! She and her partner scored 2-2, and they are excited to keep progressing and competing.
