Dance Competition- Bravo

Tonight was the last competition of this season, and the girls rocked it! Their jazz routine scored Platinum, 1st overall, and also earned an Entertainment award!

Their hip hop routine scored elite high gold, as well as 2nd overall! It was a great way to end the season on a high note, and the girls are all looking ahead to next season!

While this hasn't always been the easiest season for Brinley, she worked really hard to be a leader and encourager, and she has so much love for these girls. This was a great way to end the season on a high note, and the girls are all looking ahead to next season!

Prom

Tonight Hunter and Morgan had their Junior Prom. Their group took photos down at Swan Falls, then enjoyed dinner at Enrique's before heading to the dance. They had a great time, and relaxed with their friends after.

Dance Competition- Spotlight

This week's dance competition went well. Brinley's jazz routine scored a Ruby placement, and hip hop scored a Ruby placement, and was also the Category Winner.

House Flip 2

Last fall we were presented with an opportunity to flip another house in Nampa, and we jumped right in. This house was built in 1935, and needed quite a bit of work to modernize it, so we took our time. We basically gutted the entire basement and rebuilt 3 bedrooms, rebuilt the entire basement bathroom (going from a weird 1/2 bath to a full bathroom), reconfigured and rebuilt the kitchen, built a brand new pantry, installed all new appliances and granite counters, brand new windows in the entire house)including adding 2 egress windows in the basement bedrooms), replumbed the entire house, redid all of the electrical throughout along with all new fixtures and fans, brand new flooring throughout, redid the upstairs bathroom, painted the entire inside, fixed the siding outside, installed all new garage doors and painted the garage, new stair railings at the front and back doors, built big garden beds, fixed the concrete sidewalks and patio, and so much more. It took 7 months from start to finish, but it looks so beautiful! It was on the market for a week, and we accepted an offer over asking price. We are super proud of it, and hope to do another one sometime in the future.

Rollo

A few weeks ago Cahl reached out to a mastiff rescue, to see if we could foster a dog they needed help with. That dog had already been placed, but they had another one that they asked us to foster. He showed up Easter night, and we all fell instantly in love with him.

His name is Rollo, and he is around 14-18 months old. He had a pretty rough start to his life, but after having him for a week, we decided we couldn't let him go. He hardly knew his name, but he is super eager to learn and to please, and he has learned our rules and routines, as well as several commands really quickly.

We were definitely not looking for another dog, but he fits in with us all so well, and we have loved having him! He is super sweet and snuggly, he is a huge goof ball, and like a typical mastiff, he is scared of most things and follows us everywhere!
