Today is Tristan's 2 year mark in the Army, and he was promoted to Specialist! We are so proud of him, and how hard he's working!
Birthday!
This year we celebrated Cahl's 42nd birthday with dinner at Hook and Reel, followed by cake and presents.
State Fair and Rafting
Cahl's cousin Stacey and her family came to visit for a quick weekend, and we packed in a ton of fun! Saturday morning we headed down to the state fair, and the kids had a blast on the rides and games.
We followed that with an afternoon spent rafting the Payette River, and it was so much fun! Everyone was exhausted at the end of the day, and we're so happy that they were able to come and hang out with us for a day!
Back to School
Today is the first day of school! Hunter is a Junior at Renaissance High School, and Brinley is starting her 8th grade year at Heritage Middle School. Jasen is also back to school at BSU, and is much happier in his Business program.
Safe Sitter
Brinley decided to do a Safe Sitter course through the hospital here, to learn more about being a better prepared babysitter. After a full day of learning, she passed the class with flying colors, and is now a certified Safe Sitter!
