Pack Night

Hunter has only been in scouts now for a week, and tonight was his very first Pack Night. It was a lot of fun, and the leaders did a great job. Hunter and 2 of his friends were all welcomed into the Wolf den, and this pack has a custom of painting the faces of new and advancing kids, so they all got their faces painted. Hunter also earned his Bobcat award already, and he is very excited to see it sewn onto his shirt!

Happy Birthday!

It's hard to believe that Tristan is 14 years old already. Time really has flown by, and looking back it's kind of amazing to see all the places it's taken us. Tristan really is a great kid, and he brings so much to our family.

Cub Scouts

Tonight Cahl and I took Hunter to his first Scout meeting. It's a little bittersweet for us since he's our final scout, but he's been dying to be a scout for so many years, and we are really happy for him.

Break Dancing

Hunter started break dancing class tonight, and he is so excited about it! One of his good friends is also in the class, and they are having a ball. It's so fun to watch them!

This afternoon was Hunter's baptism. He was so proud to wear his new suit and tie! There were 3 kids from our ward, so it was a packed house. But it was really nice, and Hunter had lots of people come to support him. Afterward, we had a some of our friends over for dinner and visiting, which was really nice to get to see them and catch up.
