Colorado

Cahl had to spend a few days in Denver this week, for some work training, and while he was there he was able to drive down and visit his family that lives just outside the city. He had a great time having dinner and catching up with his aunt and uncle, and 3 cousins and their families.

While he was in Denver, he was able to see the largest hydrolic press in North America, where they test concrete strengths. They even did a demonstration, and he said it was super cool. 

Mason

Tonight we celebrated our Mason's 6th birthday! Mason has been with us for just over 5 years, and he is by far the best dog ever! He is so special to all of us, and has been such a big part of the kids' lives. We sure love him!

Salmon

We made a quick trip to Salmon for my best friend's baby shower. It was a great weekend, and while I spent time at the shower and helping make freezer meals, Cahl took the kids out to our other friend's house to go sledding and play.

Braces

After a year and a half, Tristan got his braces taken off today! He is so excited to have them off, and be able to eat all the foods he's missed!

New Year's

For New Years Eve, we went over to some friends' for games and fun to ring in the new year. It was a blast, and everyone had a great time!

Then we slept in the next day, and went bowling.
