Trunk or Treat
The kids had a blast at this year's Trunk or Treat. They love going around the parking lot with all theirfriends, and Brinley even had fun getting to walk around this year with daddy. Jasen even won the "Most Original Costume" award this year!
Scouts
At tonight's pack meeting, Jasen finally received his Bobcat and Tristan received his showman pin.
Fall Festival
Tonight was the boys' annual Fall Festival at school. They had a great time playing games, going through the hunted house, and hanging out with their friends. This year, we have the Stay Puft Marshmellow man, Colonel Sanders, Elroy Jetson, and Dorothy :) They always get tons of compliments on their costumes, and several of the teachers this year came and told us how much they look forward to seeing our kids' costumes every year!
Hunterisms
Today I was doing laundry, and I asked Hunter to bring my dirty basket downstairs for me. He brought it down and I said "Hey buddy, will you run up and get my bra for me, so I can wash it too?" Hunter says "Your WHAT?? Is that the thing that goes on your boobies?" Yep. He brought it down pinched in two fingers with the most horrified look on his face. :)
A little later in the day, I was getting ready to make him lunch. He said he wanted a ham and cheese sandwich. I told him we had run out of ham and asked if peanut butter and jelly would be ok instead. He sighed very loudly and said "No. (another very loud sigh) I guess I'll just have to take a PB and J."
