Warhawk Museum

Yesterday Cahl's uncle Mike and his girlfriend Diana kind of surprised us by driving up from Vegas to visit! It was so awesome to see them! Today we went to the Warhawk Museum and then to lunch. It was a cool museum, and I'm sure it would take days to see and read everything there.

 

Happy Christmas

We had a laid back Christmas at home this year, which is my favorite kind. Christmas Eve night, the kids all put on their new jammies and we watched The Grinch with popcorn, candy and soda. When the kids went to bed that night, they all piled into Tristan's room and slept together. Then the next morning, they all woke up and woke Cahl and I up at 6 on the dot to go down and open presents. We all got a ton of great things, and everyone is happy. Then after a day of lounging around, we had my sister's family over for dinner and a few more presents. It was a great day!

 

Band Concert

This afternoon was Jasen's Christmas band concert. They played 3 songs, and then had a party with the parents. It was nice, and they all played very well.

Musical Program

This afternoon Hunter's school had their 2nd grade Christmas musical program. There are 5 second grade classes, and each class had 3 kids with speaking parts- to introduce the program and songs. Hunter got to introduce the first song! They all sang and played their instruments well, and it was a nice program.

Party

This evening Hunter had his birthday party. This year he chose to go to Jump Time, and he invited all his friends. There was a good turn out, and they all had so much fun! They all kept having Cahl and I watch them do their tricks, and take photos and videos of them. It was pretty cute. Then they all had pizza and cupcakes before heading home. It was a great party, and I'm glad they all had fun.
