The day has finally come for Jasen's graduation from Renaissance High School! We are so proud of him and everything he has accomplished over the last 4 years, and excited for everything that the future will bring!
Paintballing
To celebrate not only the end of the school year, but also their middle school graduation, Hunter's science teacher put together a paintballing trip for the kids. A pretty big group went, and they all had a great time!
Hunter Football Jamboree
Last night and tonight were Hunter's freshman football jamboree, and our team hosted 7 other schools for some round robin scrimmages. Hunter plays mostly nose tackle on the defensive line, and also left guard on the offensive line. All of the teams played well, and I'm so excited for the season to kick of in the fall!
Awards
The middle school had an award ceremony for the 8th grade today, and Hunter recieved an Academic Excellence Award from his Engineering teacher. He has loved all of the engineering classes that he has had over the last few years, as well as his teacher, and it was nice to see him recognized.
Day of Awesome!
This year, instead of a traditional Field Day, Brinley's school had a Day of Awesome- which was indeed awesome! They had 6 or 7 huge inflatables set up, and the kids all got to go on all of them, in whatever order they wanted, as many times as they wanted. There was a DJ and games set up as well, and the kids had such a great time! I'm so grateful that I was able to go over and help up and spend time with her class, celebrating the end of their elementary careers!
