Scout Christmas Caroling

This month, our Cub Scouts decided to go caroling at a senior living home. So this evening, a whole big group of them went down and serenaded the older folks, and gave out cookies and visited with them for a bit. They were even asked to do a private show for a gentleman who loves music, but is bedridden and near the end of his days. They sang him a few of his favorite carols and gave him some cookies, and he told them what a great job they did. It makes me so happy when my kids can participate in events like that, and it always chokes me up.
