This month's scout campout was the annual survivorman, where the boys hike into a spot and camp by themselves for the night. This year they chose to go to Duck Lake, and once they hiked in, they set about finding their camp spot. One group of 4 boys (including Jasen) ended up finding a big hole and piling together in that for the night. The other 2 boys spent the night in a hammock and survival tent, respectively. After a pretty cold and miserable night, the boys had a great morning of fishing and swimming in the lake, and overall it was a pretty good campout!
