Spring Break ~ Days 1-2

This year for spring break we were invited to go down to southern California to spend the week with Stacey and Andy and their kids. We spent Saturday driving to Vegas to meet up with them and have dinner with the whole family. Sunday morning we got up early and caravaned with Stacey and Andy, and Mike and Diana down to Newport Beach. Once we got there, we loaded up Mike's boat and headed out to Catalina Island, where we stayed until Wednesday evening. Mike has a 48 foot boat, so it was cozy yet comfortable with all 12 of us. Jasen and Hunter were so excited to sleep out on the decks! Sunday evening we mostly stayed near the boat, getting settled and having dinner. The kids all had a great time taking the paddleboards and kayaks over to the beach and playing.
