Caroling

Jasen's music teacher has a program set up with the Chick-fil-A by the school, and each week night a different classroom is invited to go to the restaurant and carol. Tonight Jasen's class was invited to go. There were about 10 kids that showed up, along with his music teacher. It was pretty cool to watch as they all got set up and started singing to a packed place. There was no announcement, and none of the other customers had a clue what was going on. When the kids started singing, everyone just started looking around, trying to figure out what was going on, and once they figured it out they all started smiling and whispering. It was nice how everyone tried to stay quiet so the kids could be heard. They sang several songs, more than I thought they would, and when they were done they received an ovation and a free meal of their choice. It was really nice, and I'm so happy we went.
