The next stop on our trip was to visit Cahl's mom in Oregon. The "road" we were directed to take (by our lovely gps) was somewhat questionable. It was more like an old logging trail up and over the mountain. But, after a long and interesting detour, we finally made it.
The first day we were there, we took a boat out on a huge lake. It was really pretty, and all the kids had a good time driving the boat. They also went swimming and had fun racing in the water.
